Brentmoor Penn Center located in Pittsburgh near Monroeville is truly a place that you can call home. We're a 12-story, controlled-access, high-rise building located in Monroeville, PA, right outside of Pittsburgh. We have 240 units that include efficiencies, studios and spacious one- or two-bedroom apartments with plenty of storage and closet space. We also have a guest suite that is rentable to tenants guests, like a hotel room at the building.

• Efficiency: Includes a living area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a 15’ x 6’ balcony.
• One bedroom: Includes an 18’ x 11’ bedroom, large living room and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and a 15’ x 6’ balcony. Some one-bedroom floor plans include a storage area.
• Two bedroom: Includes two bedrooms, a large living room and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, storage area and a large balcony. Available with one bath or two baths.

These oversized floor plans offer comfortable, spacious living areas and large closets. We also have recently renovated units available.

Room Amenities

• Utilities: Several utilities are included in your rent, including water, trash, sewage and even gas heat. All units have central air and dishwashers, plus are cable and internet ready.
• Outdoor Space/Parking: All of our units have a balcony or patio, and lot/garage parking are available.
• On-Site Maintenance: Have a problem that must be fixed immediately? Brentmoor at Penn Center offers 24-hour emergency maintenance.
• Pets: We welcome cats and small dogs. (Our pet policy is 15 lbs or less). One dog, one dog and one cat, or two cats per unit. There is a $250 pet fee upon move in, and monthly pet rent is applicable.
• Furnished: Furnished apartments are available.
