Miguel J. Rodriguez, CPA, PFS
<p>Miguel is the Managing Partner, a member of the Audit Services Team and is in charge of Personal Financial Services.</p><p>Prior
to founding the firm, Miguel held Senior Supervisory and Management
positions with large international and local accounting firms. For over
30 years he has provided an array of services including accounting and
auditing, management consulting, tax planning, and tax return
preparation.</p><p>Miguel has provided assistance to a wide range of
clients in such industries as healthcare, nonprofit, financial services,
real estate development, professional services, retail and
manufacturing. He has successfully represented clients in Internal
Revenue Service disputes; assisted clients in obtaining multi-million
dollar loans; conducted internal control system assessments and audits;
designed creative tax strategies; and assisted clients in buy/sell
negotiations.</p>
Zena Kinzbrunner, CPA
<p>Zena heads up our Trust and Estate Team and is also a member of the Client Accounting Services and Tax Compliance Teams.</p><p>Prior
to joining the firm, Zena held management positions with a large
international real estate development company and in an investment firm,
and co-founded her own successful accounting practice. For over 25
years, her practice has focused on serving individuals and businesses
with tax related matters with an emphasis on Trust and Estate work. She
has also been a Professor at Nova Southeastern University teaching
courses in Accounting and Business Management.</p><p>In addition to
working with individuals with their Trust and Estate needs, Zena has
served clients in several industries such as construction contractors,
healthcare services, professional services, restaurants, retail and real
estate. She has assisted clients in complying with governmental
contracts, obtaining financing, resolving tax disputes, working through
divorce proceedings, and negotiating support modifications.</p>
David Kinzbrunner, CPA
<p>David is our Quality Assurance Partner and a member of the Audit Services and Tax Compliance Teams.</p><p>Prior
to joining the firm, David held senior positions with large
international and local accounting firms and co-founded his own
successful accounting practice. Over the past 25 years, his practice has
focused on accounting, audit and tax related matters.</p><p>David has
served clients in several industries such as healthcare, education,
financial services, professional services, real estate development,
governments and governmental agencies, religious organizations and civic
organizations. He has assisted clients in obtaining financing;
designing and implementing cash management and budgeting processes;
conducting cash flow analyses; and has successfully resolved Internal
Revenue Service disputes.</p>
