Mac Fadra, Principal:
Is an experienced management professional. Mac has been involved in the elective, consumer, cosmetic and health care services industry and has over 15 years of management, ownership as well as marketing and consulting experience.
Mac is an Executive Director at Nu/Hart Hair Clinics. NuHart is a world leader in hair restoration. He has held various senior positions including CEO of LASIK center chains; Operating Executive for a NYC-based private equity firm; Vice-President; and Sr. Consultant for health care consulting firms as well as HMC, the former health systems consulting division of Booz Allen.
Mac launched his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) which was Ross Perot’s flagship company and worked for CAP Advisors which is the Company that launched and also took Britesmile public.
Mac obtained his MBA & MPH from Columbia University located in NYC and a has a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University. He is based in NYC but has also lived, worked & studied in six countries.
PEACHY REYES, Associate:
Is a Professional with media as well as writing, research, broadcasting and business experience. Peachy has worked in a variety of positions that include radio stations, show hosts as well as a news anchor. She has written broadcast merchandise material and promotions, specials, along with other events. Peachy is based in New York City. She has spent the last couple of years in the cosmetic, elective and health care field with Cosmetic Medical Partners. She also has a degree in Broadcast Communications.
IVETTE IGLESIA:
Is a Manager with over 20 years of experience within the development and management of ophthalmic and LASIK centers. Ivette has also acquired a great deal of experience in cosmetic surgery and has served at a law firm. She is presently implementing and also overseeing our projects in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in the ophthalmic and cosmetic surgery sectors.
ROBERT L. RELOVA III, Project Manager:
Is an experienced technocrat, marketing and management professional with more than 18 years of experience in the corporate development of information technology, outsourcing and medical services projects. He was the President and General Manager for Berlina Computer Technologies, a company that focused on systems development and integration, computer aided design and engineering (Unigraphics-EDS), Hewlett-Packard and IBM solutions.
Robert's medical management experience includes The Loma Linda Eye and Tissue Bank (Loma Linda, U.S.A.). He was a member of their labtech team, and with a medical research team he developed neuro-imaging at the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI), a technology which is currently in use in Computed Tomography (CT Scan) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), which are based at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA)
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration along with a major in Management from the International Academy in Management and Economics. Robert also attended the pre-med program along with a major in Biology at La Sierra University and UCLA.
GINA BATALLA, Controller:
Gina is an achievement-oriented financial professional. She has over 20 years of diversified experience in accounting, cash flow management, internal control as well as audit, accounting systems & procedures, financial statement preparation & performance reporting.
She has a considerable amount of experience in LASIK, anti-aging center, medical spa and cosmetic surgery accounting both in the United States and overseas. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
