At Dove Contracting, we understand the legal permitting requirements for new development. We have the personnel skilled at investigating, completing, and processing project permits quickly and efficiently – no matter if it is simple or one that requires a longer, more drawn out process.

• Coordination with design team and client regarding status of approvals and need for revisions/response/re-submittal from comments
• Client representation at meetings with Government bodies, public hearing process (Planning Commission, City Council, Board of Zoning Appeals, etc) relating to approvals, rezoning, and needed variances
• Secure “will serve” approvals from utility providers

Planning/Schematic Design

This phase is one of the most critical elements of your project. Determinations of building size, building elevations, parking requirements, ingress/egress, topography, available utilities, site and governmental constraints must be thoroughly reviewed as it relates to your proposed site.
