<p>Pittsburgh Maintenance Management, a subsidiary of Conley Consulting LLC, was founded in 2009 by Patrick Conley.  Growing up in a family owned contracting & property turnover business, Hadad Services Inc., Patrick developed valuable hands-on experience in learning the investment property industry.  In addition, Patrick devoted his coursework and education to earning a marketing degree and an M.B.A from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2003.    <br /><br />After graduating from IUP, Patrick went back to work with Hadad Services, Inc.  Patrick developed extensive experience in estimating, contractor management, project management, rehab management, marketing, client & tenant relationships.  While serving clients, Patrick identified a need for a managing partner investors and property owners can rely on, and this led him to form Pittsburgh Maintenance Management.</p>
