Massage is one of the oldest healing arts. It is essentially “touch with intent.” We use our hands to create various forms of movement and pressure, bringing improvements to health and well-being.
The main technique is kinetics assessment with visual observation, pendulums, palpations and muscle testing. Swedish techniques are used to warm the tissue. We use various assistive and resistive range of motion, positional release and traditional acupressure on acupoints and along the meridian.
