As a rehabilitation and long term health care provider, each of our departments have specialized software and programs that are constantly changing; some every week.  I can’t ‘sing’ enough praises of how Micropro Networks has been here for us.  I pick up the phone or email my issues and I’m always reassured that if my problems can’t be fixed remotely, someone will be on site, usually within the hour to get us up and running.  I especially like the interaction between Micropro Networks and our staff –I also appreciate the attention to detail Tony puts into his proposals for managing and adding additional services.  I now feel more at ease in bringing a presentation before my directors – like I now know the difference between a “mega- byte” and a mosquito bite!

Even if a problem required some research they worked at it until I was fully operable with minimum interruption.

 

Over the years they “say what they will do and they do what they say”, for that I say “thank you Micropro!”

 

I value how Micropro Networks have fulfilled their proposed commitments and would highly recommend their services.

Let me start off by saying that I truly wish I would have found Micropro Networks sooner. Not only are they professional, courteous, reasonable, and honest, but they saved my company thousands of dollars over the past few years.
