Our SMS with confirmation technology utilizes your phone carriers text messaging protocol to receive messages to your cell phone. Each message is sent through Verizon or AT&T and can be received on any network capable of receiving SMS messages. This infrastructure is extremely reliable compared to using a carrier’s email to text service or alpha paging technology.
Web on Call
Our web on-call services are the perfect way to stay up to date! It is capable of last minute changes, complex schedules, or to see previously assigned contacts. Reminders can even be set up to contact you if shifts are not filled within a certain amount of time to the shift starts.
Voicemail
With Teleplex hosted voicemail service, customers can use voice mail exclusively, or integrate voice mail with any of our live services. Teleplex customers most commonly integrate voicemail on the front end of calls to screen and sort, or for message retrieval.
